If you are an Apple enthusiast and particularly a fan of iPhones, this Diwali has brought you a golden opportunity. It is a pleasant surprise for many iPhone fans like you that Amazon India is currently selling the iPhone 15 and iPhone 13 at almost the same price range.
The monetary difference between the two models is approximately Rs 4,000. Buyers can now choose between the models, and many of them might opt for the comparatively newer iPhone 15 instead of the iPhone 13, as it has already been four years old.
iPhone 13: Old but reliable
iPhone 13 runs on Apple’s A15 Bionic chip, and this chip is known for effortless handling of daily used apps and social media. But as time passes, it may start to become a little slow.
iPhone 13 comes with a 6.1-inch OLED display, which is good for bright and colourful visuals. But it has only a 60Hz refresh rate and comes with a large notch.
Equipped with two 12MP rear cameras, the iPhone 13 performs well in daylight. But when the light is low or when trying to zoom shot, it starts struggling.
iPhone 15: Better opportunity with a little extra cost
On the other hand, the iPhone 15 is powered by Apple’s A16Bionic chip, which makes it faster, smoother and use efficient. The battery performance and multitasking are also enhanced by the more powerful engine inside.
The iPhone 15’s 6.1-inch OLED display remains bright even in the outdoors. The biggest visual change is the Dynamic Island that replaces the old notch and becomes a new design with interactive notifications.
The camera of the iPhone 15 is also better in terms of megapixels and overall quality. It has an upgraded main camera of 48 MP that produces sharper photos with more detail, and it gives better results even in low-light conditions. It also has a 2x optical zoom without losing quality.
Amazon India Price Comparison
While the iPhone 13(128GB) is now being offered at Rs 43900, the iPhone 15 (128 GB) is being sold at Rs 47,999. Only a Rs 4099 price gap is there, and that may make buying the iPhone 15 a little more logical and a smarter decision.
Just to have an iPhone for a lower cost, the iPhone 13 may be the choice for you. But if you want a better option with a slightly higher cost, iPhone 15 may be the other option with a more powerful processor, better camera and improved battery, besides a new design.
