Eligibility for RBI Assistant Recruitment 2026
To apply for this recruitment, candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Candidates belonging to the general category must have at least 50 percent marks in graduation.
For candidates belonging to SC, ST and PwBD categories, a pass class in graduation is sufficient. Apart from this, applicants must have knowledge of word processing on a computer and must be able to read, write, speak and understand the local language of the state they are applying for.
Regarding age, candidates must be between 20 and 28 years old. This means applicants should have been born between February 2, 1998 and February 1, 2006.
Selection Process for RBI Assistant Recruitment 2026
The selection process for the RBI Assistant post will take place in three stages. First, candidates will have to appear for the preliminary examination. Those who qualify will then take the main examination. After that, a Language Proficiency Test will be conducted.
It is mandatory for candidates to pass the local language test. If a candidate is found not proficient in the required language, they may be disqualified from the final selection.
